Financial Policy
Thank you for choosing our office. We are committed to providing you with excellent care, and timely payment of fees allows us to devote more time and effort to caring for you. Our Financial Policy is based on an open and honest discussion of our fees.

Insurance
Your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company. As a health care provider, we are not party to that agreement. Our practice philosophy is to provide you with the best possible care. Our office is committed to helping our patients maximize their benefits, and will work with you to achieve maximum benefit for your coverage. We are always available to answer your questions.

Although we are not signed up as a participating provider on some dental insurance plans, we do accept payment from some. Insurance policies vary, and some services may not be covered. As such, you may be responsible for a payment portion over and above the percentage provided by your insurance company. In any case, we are more than happy to assist you in filing your claim to be reimbursed directly from you insurance carrier.

Payment in full, for your portion, is due upon completion of service.

Payment options
We offer the following options of payment for treatment provided:

• We accept Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

• We do accept payment directly from some dental insurance programs. If yours is a program we do accept, your co-payment is due at the time of services.
